Mojo Bravo is pleased to announce that we will be running Edinburgh Fringe Festival preview shows at the new Seven Miles Out digital and visual arts centre in Stockport Old Town.

Our first event features Lost Voice Guy, who will be previewing his new show ‘Laughter is the worst medicine’:

When Lost Voice Guy was rushed to hospital during last year’s Fringe, he nearly died. In fact, he became as silent as the ‘P’ in pneumonia and ended up with 99 more realistic problems than Jay Z. Stuck in bed and miles from home, he began to wonder if laughter really was the best medicine after all. Then he had morphine and he realised it wasn’t. Jesus may walk on water, but Lost Voice Guy runs on batteries. And he recharged and rose again to tell the tale in this new show.

Here’s Lost Voice Guy (aka Lee Ridley) featured on BBC Breakfast:

There will also be a support act on the night, in the shape of Stockport’s very own Two Old Codgers, who will be performing their unique take on some classic songs. Here’s a video of them destroying the Bowie classic ‘Space Oddity’:
